January 17, 2008Ahhhhhh the POXY weather….!!!! Anyway rant over… Went for my LIGHT swim today followed by 40min on the turbo trainer… Started of the swim very slow but soon got going & did 1600m in 30 so very happy with that. On to the bike then & i’m not sure about other people but i find the turbo trainer hard to get going but after 10 mins is was flying kept the heart rate low & flew in the end.. Anyway i’m on a training weekend starting tomorrow with an 1hr 30mins swim session.. I’ll keep you posted on what & we do & how i get on…. Until then
