I bet you thought you'd be taking it easy in your 30s ... no chance. Now only some 9 days to go - like you and all the others, i'm alternating between HIGH and LOW. I'm ready and then i'm nowhere near ready. This time next week we're in Frankfurter and the craic will be might ;-) This taper lark isn't so easy .. .i feel i need to be training - little or no cycling for the last two weeks, i seem to have been tapering for the last fortnight in Salou.
